Annual subscriptions can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are pro-rated based on the remaining subscription period.
Full refund available if you haven't accessed any course content within 7 days of purchase.
No refunds available once course content has been accessed or downloaded.
For new subscriptions and course purchases, full refunds are available within 7 days if you haven't accessed significant content.
If you experience technical issues preventing service use, contact support for resolution or refund consideration.
If ChessVeda discontinues a service, pro-rated refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods.
