This End User License Agreement governs your license to use the Chessveda app, including terms for auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play.
This EULA is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Chessveda ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of the Chessveda mobile application ("App"). It supplements, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply in full.
1.1. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Chessveda grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
1.2. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Chessveda and its licensors. This license does not transfer any ownership in the App to you.
2.1. Plans. Chessveda offers optional auto-renewable membership subscriptions (currently Gold, Platinum, and Diamond) on a monthly or yearly billing cycle. The title, exact length, and price of each subscription (including price per unit where applicable) are displayed in the app on the subscription screen before you confirm any purchase.
2.2. Payment & Auto-Renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and at the then-current price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
2.3. Free Trial. Eligible new subscribers may receive a free trial (e.g. 7 days) before the paid subscription begins. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription price shown at signup. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you purchase a subscription during the trial period.
2.4. Cancellation. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play), or from the "Manage Subscription" option in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are given for the unused portion of a period, except where required by applicable law or App Store/Google Play policy.
2.5. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change; we will notify you of any price change in advance as required by the applicable app store, and the change will apply from your next renewal.

This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.
You may terminate this license at any time by deleting the App and cancelling any active subscription.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Chessveda's liability is limited as described in Sections 7 and 8 of our Terms of Service, which apply equally to this EULA.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this Agreement.
