To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ChessVeda and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service • You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code • Our trademarks may not be used without written permission • User-generated content remains the property of the user but you grant us a license to use it

By posting content on the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to: • Use, reproduce, and distribute your content • Modify and create derivative works • Display and perform your content You represent that you own or have the necessary permissions for all content you post. You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting it.

ChessVeda is committed to fair play. You agree to: • Play honestly without external assistance • Not use chess engines or computers during games • Not abuse the rating system • Not engage in pre-arranged game results • Accept the decisions of moderators regarding fair play violations Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Some features require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription: • You authorize us to charge your payment method • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled • Refunds are subject to our refund policy • Prices are subject to change with notice • You are responsible for all taxes Free trials may be offered but will convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including: • Breach of these Terms • Violation of community guidelines • Suspicious or fraudulent activity • Extended period of inactivity • Request by law enforcement Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions that should survive termination shall survive.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Defects will be corrected • The Service is free of viruses or harmful components In no event shall ChessVeda be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold ChessVeda harmless from any claims, losses, liability, damages, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from: • Your use of the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any rights of another party • Your content posted on the Service

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChessVeda operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction.
